This is not your traditional Alfredo sauce. It’s the deliciousness of Alfredo sauce without the icky belly ache that follows. It is just as creamy and filling without being harmful to animals or your body. When I first saw this recipe I was a bit skeptical but tried it anyway, and even my meat eating, dairy loving friends enjoyed it
For this recipe you will need:
1 1/2 cups chopped cauliflower
1 cup favorite non-dairy milk
2 tbsp earth balance butter
2 tsp minced garlic
You can also add a 1/2 cup of your favorite vegan cheese, although mine was delicious without.
This recipe is super simple, put all the ingredients into a pot, boil, then simmer for fifteen mins. When finished transfer to a blender, blend until smooth, and serve over your favorite pasta.
